I recently made a trade-in/purchase for a 2016 Kawasaki KLR 650 from Ride Now Ocala and my experience there was not great. It wasn't even good. It was divine! If satisfied customers could be jealous of other customers who were impossibly more satisfied than they were, I'd be one of those lucky ones looking down on their smiling faces--as my eyes rained beautiful tears of ecstasy into all of my smiling teeth. As ridiculous as it sounds, its true, my experience was beyond excellent. Here's why:If someone asked me to criticize the dealership on the whole and more specifically who in particular stood out as outstanding, well that's mashed potatoes and gravy. Tiffany (Bruzdziak) was overly helpful and almost too helpful--to the point where I faked going to the bathroom a couple times just to cool off from the customer service that she provided. She was like a well built, well oiled machine when it came to getting immediate answers to my questions and also making me feel comfortable with my purchase. To fully appreciate this review, please know that I didn't show up and buy this bike all in one day. The entire process lasted about 2 weeks. And in between the initial interest in the bike, the hold deposit, the trade-in, and the final day I picked it up, Tiffany was punctual the entire time and extremely helpful from beginning to end. She stayed after hours the night I took the bike home and stood waving in the parking lot as I drove away. I honestly haven't been taken care of so perfectly from any sales rep before in my life. If you're planning a trip to Ride Now in Ocala, I highly recommend you request Tiffany to be your guide. I'm 100% sure you'll be happy with her helpfulness and professionalism. Great dealership, great fun team all around.

Saturday, I was on my way to a Eustis (from Gainesville) motorcycle dealership to purchase a pre-owned, low mileage 2014 Honda CB500X but I figured I might as well stop by the Ocala Ride Now store since I am driving right past it! I noticed they did not have any Honda CB500X's but a few (new) NC700X models. What caught my eye was a 2014 Honda NC700X for $4999.00! Well to make a long story short, I made an offer and they accepted it (Thanks Lyle!) But heres where the story gets better....Josh (floor sales manager) rolls my new bike into service (to install battery, gas, etc.) while I am finalizing the documents. After I leave the finance area, Josh informs me that my new bike will not start (fuel pump and/or injectors issue). The service manager (Rob) explains that it's a three hour job to repair but they will deliver my new bike on Monday to save me the return tripwhich is cool, but to me, my recent purchase is starting out on a bad note" and it's best to just cancel/void the deal. So what do they do......Tony (Sales Manager) exchanges my faulty 2014 model for a brand new 2015 Honda NC700X for the same price!!! By my standards, RNO went above and beyond on taking care of their customers. If you are in the market to purchase an ATV, Motorcycle, Jet Ski, or UTV....give these guys an opportunity first. Mucho thanks to Lyle Kramper for having such a great sales/finance/service crew in the Ocala store!

The team at RideNow Ocala is tremendous. Recently I was looking to purchase a motorcycle after not owning one for approximately 4 years. Just had the itch to ride again. After much research I had settled on a Honda CTX 1300 Deluxe. Ken and Conner with Internet team really worked hard to get me a great price. When it came time to finalize the purchase and pick up the bike I had a sudden change of heart and ultimately decided the timing was not right for me. Frank the salesperson that was delivering the bike that day for me along with everyone else at RideNow were extremely understanding and accepting. No one ever pressured me to make the purchase. The folks at RideNow Ocala are truly interested in serving their customers, helping them make the best choice and negotiating a great deal. Even though I did not end up buying a bike at this time, I know when I am ready I will be heading back to RideNow Ocala.

I called the dealership to get information regarding a recall on my GoldWing. Rod in service took my call and informed me that the parts would take a few days to get. He called me back when he had the parts and I made arrangements to drop my bike off. Rod called again when my bike was ready for pick up.Very easy and nice service experience. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to Rod Smith for his efforts in fitting my wife and me into the schedule. My wife rides a Yamaha 950, and I ride a Honda VTX1300. Both bikes were in need of service. I received a recall notice from Honda for my GL1800. I went in person to the service department and saw Rod. He greeted me professionally, courteously and was extremely friendly. After a few questions and exchanging info, I not only scheduled the factory recall service but also scheduled a managers special 24,000 service interval. Not only did he answer all my questions, but also informed me of the thorough service procedure by the experienced Honda tech. Excellent service and in a timely manner. Rod is an excellent front line service writer.

I'd like to thank Rod Smith for going that extra mile to resolve my service issue on 3/3/16 and to even get me out the door in under an hour. I'd also like to thank the mechanic who worked on my bike. For the life of me I couldn't find what was causing all of the "buzzing" sound I was getting but the mechanic zeroed right in on it and bang I'm done, out the door and happily riding buzz-free! Thanks guys!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Polaris Sportsman from Ride Now of Ocala. I live in Lakeland Florida which is almost 2 hours away. Ride Now gave me more for my trade-in and the price was about 1,000.00 less than my local Polaris dealership. I heard of them from a friend who bought a bike from them. I spoke with derrick from sales and he was very professional and friendly as well as Art Roscoe. I work in customer service so for me the meaning of that means to take ownership and responsibility for a mistake. I ordered the saddlebags for my bike and waited about five days before they came in and get there and 4 hours go by and then they finally tell me that they are missing one more part. I called derrick schoening and explained the entire situation and he said that he would cover the final part. This genuine act of ownership, generosity, and responsibility is the reason that i will continue to come to ride now and give them my business because it is hard to find people like this and would like to also thank sherri stephens who was also friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I understanding that things happen and no company is perfect but i would highly recommended ride now to anyone who is interested in getting a bike, 4 wheeler, or an off road vehicle.

Our sales person was Arty, he made the whole experience much more enjoyable than it actually should of been. Typically at any dealership, they're more or less out to just sell you a vehicle and grab your cash ASAP. Not here though, they're all friendly and actually cared whether you were getting the best bike and being the most safe on it. Arty gave a lot of tips to a me (newbie at riding) while we were waiting on the bike. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I hope to be back soon when I upgrade.

I had a tire in mind and was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge of tires. I ended up getting a better tire than I originally came in for at a better price and it included mounting and balancing. Have spent the past several months looking for the 'perfect' bike. The 4 hour drive to Ocala and Ride Now Power Sports was worth the time. I did not purchase the bike I originally went there to see...I found one that fit me a lot better. Throughout the experience I was never rushed into making a decision. Even after assisting me get on/off 7-10 different bikes (do to cracked ribs), the salesman, Kenn, didn't complain once. From my first phone call when I spoke with Kyle, then sales, financing and accessories, everyone was curteous, helpful and treated me with respect. I can't ask for anything more than that. I will take my business there in the future and have (will) tell friends and others to check them out.

From start to finish my experience at Ride Now Ocala was the best I've had at any dealership of any type. Everything went so smoothely that I was almost surprised when they told me to ring the bell. The next morning I was riding home on a 2006 Goldwing GL 1800. More surprising was when I received a call from the dealership owner 5 days later to ask if everything was going well and if I was happy with my purchase. Little things mean alot and these guys take their jobs seriously while at the same time, I felt welcomed and at ease throughout my experience there. We purchased a very nice 2003 Goldwing Trike this past Monday, 13 August. Andy Phillips was our salesperson and did a very fine job. He was personable and eager to answer all our questions. Eric, the business manager, was diligent in acquiring financing, establishing trade-in value, and was pleasant to deal with. If asked, I would recommend RideNow Powersports of Ocala very highly. A couple of weeks ago I bought a Honda CBR 250R from ride now. I had not been on a motorcycle for several years and was not exactly sure of what I was looking for.Our salesman "chuck" was so helpful when explaining the difference between bikes.He was honest and straight forward.He didnt tell me things that I wanted to hear just to make me happy,he told me what I needed to know and corrected me on things that I read or heard else where that was wrong, when he could have easily let me think I knew what I was talking about just to make a sale.We were treated great by all the staff and made to feel very comfortable and the process was fast and enjoyable and more than anything I love my bike and couldn't have started out with a better choice .I intend to go back for regular maintnance and I would and will recomend anyone to go there and to also ask for chuck if you are planing to buy or if you just have questions to ask.

We wanted to trade a fifth wheel for a Honda trike. Kyle did the leg work to get me a buyer before we even came to look. They gave me a fair price on my trade and sold me a very nice Goldwing Trike. Weather was bad and we had drive it home 190 miles which worried me. They made arrangements to bring it to me the same day. Doran arrived about 7:30 p.m. after fighting a severe thunderstorm. Still in no hurry he took the time to explain all the operations of the bike. I never have had a dealership go that far to make a customer happy. Thanks guys.

I bought a 11' M109R and i must say "WOW"! RideNow Had the best price on the NET for a new Monster with no miles. Kyle, Joe and "The Man Lyle" are the best in the business! And I truely mean that @%#$ from the heart. The service, parts and overall expierence was AWSOME! I drove over 700 miles to get a super deal, got it and drove back with my new toy. The extremely positive: One of the best experiences I've ever had while buying a bike. Everybody was very friendly and went out of their way to make the experience very positive. Thanks Josh! I've purchased several bikes from other dealers in the past but this was without a doubt the quickest, easiest purchase I've ever made. From the time I walked in the door to the time I finished signing the papers was less than an hour! They hit my trade right, they had the bike in stock I wanted at a price I could afford and everything went really smooth. Until......The not so positive: The Delivery of the bike was a complete disaster. The bike wasn't dirty, but it wasn't that clean either. It could have stood a good rinse before it left. The license plate was hung with zip ties? What? Really? I made them change that, which they did without question. The guy that fixed that actually did a really professional custom job doing it as well. Kudos! It seems my model bike has an odd hole pattern that doesn't line up with a Florida Tag. The clock wasn't set to the correct time. Not really a big deal, but it's the little things that really add up. The bikes keys were missing, so they had to call a locksmith out to make keys for it. The real question is, where are my ORIGINAL KEYS? Again, not really that big a deal, they paid for it. BUT.....when I got home I found out someone had taken the tool kit out from under the seat! Now, I'm sorry but that is a big deal. Ridenowocala, you owe me a tool kit for a 2014 KTM 690 Duke! The only downside to this transaction was the Delivery. This is the first European bike I've ever owned and I was expecting a much better experience with the Delivery. The sales experience couldn't have gone any smoother, but you need to work out the kinks in the delivery aspect. I don't know whether I was the rule or the exception?

Just seemed like the process took a very long time, something just under 6 1/2 hours. Way too long, even for a Sunday. However our sales rep Noah Saunier stayed with us every step of the way. He kept us informed during this period. Eric pulled out all stops and got us the deal we were looking for. Great service. Ken was good also and included us in the process as well. Overall a good experience except for the time investment.

All the experiences I have had were great. With that being said my motor cycle is leaking oil. This can be found comming from the top cam chan cover. I live in Panama City so I don,t know what I should do . It takes me over 5 hour to get their and almost two hundred mile of gas. What should I do..???

Purchaed our Can Am Spyder RT in September. Enjoyed it emmensly. We brought it in for a 600 mile inspection on December 07, 2011. Brandon Lentine did a good job scheduling the work and communicating its status. Brandon also identified recalls that needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner. Due to impending rain we took the vehicle directly home. Saturday morning I began an inspection to get ready for a short trip on Sunday. When I moved the Spyder I found antifreeze on the floor. I called Brandon to see if anything had been done to the vehicle that would cause the leak. He attempted to talk to the technician that did the work but he was out of the building. So I decided to find the problem. It didn't take long to find the problem. The cap on the coolant tank had not been properly tightened. I was able to turn the cap about 1/2+ turn before it seated in place. Had I been taking the Spyder on a longer trip following your inspection I could have encountered significant problems. My point- - All technicians should be coached to recheck the work they perform. I still like my Spyder and have trust in RideNow Motorsports. Went for a recall on my Roadmaster. Ron H Chase took care of me . Very quickly. I recommend him.

Rod (from Service) was extremely helpful. We brought in our Honda XR70 for a tune up and a carb clean. Rod took the time to explain how the engine worked and what would be done during the servicing. The bike was done much earlier than expected and Rod made sure that we were satisfied with its condition before we left the shop. We will recommend RideNow without hesitation.
